install tng on home server

Wamp is configured with vhosts. PHP test file works in each site folder

wamp light green

Local hot screen loads.

myphpadmin loads.

127.0.0.1 loads

localhost loads

I can not get it to accept any thing.

I've tried:

localhost

localhost/tng

username and password

I read to use root as username and no password.

Http://localhost/www/php_test.php does not load

Nothing I try works.

I have not found 1 set of instructions that is complete or the screen shots are different.
