Got to the step 4 to open readme file, however, now get a message can't communicate with database. Config file is ok. What to do now? Bill2 Posted December 12, 2023 Author Report Share Posted December 12, 2023 I am using the "readme13x-1403.html" file. The exact message I get when I try to log into my webite is: Error: TNG is not communicating with your database. Please check your database settings and try again. Settings can be found under Admin/Setup/General Settings/Database, or at the top of your config.php file. I have checked the config.php file and everything looks correct.
