rakelbara
Hi I would really like to add a search box (see image) to the frontpage of my site. I am using Wordpress/TNG with the Kloosterman method. Is there an easy way to achieve this? Thanks in advance! Rakel
klooster
What is the URL of your website??? Which version of TNG are you using? Which version of Wordpess are you using?
rakelbara
My website is www.legstadaleit.com I am using TNG v.14.0.2 and WP 6.3.1. 🙂
klooster
Turns out this is more difficult then I expected. I will not bother you with the technical problems but it has to to with executing TNG php code (with a plugin) in a widget from within the WP homepage and not loading the WP header and footer. It is a lot easer to just make a link on the homepage to the searchsite.php TNg file.
rakelbara
Thank you very much for trying. I already have a link to the searchform.php file in my menu. I just wanted to make the search available on the frontpage to "save time" for my users.
