Snakeskin
Hello, When I install the mod menubar_optimizer_v14, the language tab is in the right place and works. But if I then install the Mod Change lang droplist, then there are no more flags. As soon as I uninstall the mod menubar_optimizer_v14, I have the flags again but the language tab is then back under the bar. thanks for help Andreas
Katryne
Why do you need the mod Change lang drop list ? Does Menu bar optimizer can not do it ?

Ken Roy
You could start by reading the documentation in the TNG Wiki on the https://tng.lythgoes.net/wiki/index.php/Menubar_Optimizer#Application_Note
Katryne
And you can find different designs for your flags in my collection : https://agora.chauvigne.info/viewtopic.php?id=

Snakeskin
1. If I don't have any mods installed, the language tab is under the bar, see picture 1. 2. I install the Change Lang mod, but I still have the flags under the bar, see picture 2. 3. Picture 3 shows the page with the Opzimizer mod, in the right place but without flags. I loaded all the zip files into the mod folder and then unpacked them via my host. I also unpacked all mods beforehand and then sent them via FTP, no matter what I do or how I do it and rotate it, the result is always the same. How do I get the language tab in the right place (thanks to the optimizer) but with flags (Change lang droplist)? Katryne
Snakeskin, look once more at the wiki page of the mod. Go to Application note : at the end of the line, there is a button "Show content" click on it and you will get instructions for how to display the flags. I've done everything the same way, it always stays the same... Maybe I'm just too stupid?

Leif Sweden
I just installed v14.0.0.1c of Menubar Optimizer and also removed v14.0.0.1b. However the flags are not shown in Mod-Manager. What could be wrong? I am using TNG v14.0.4. Leif Edited March 13 by Leif Sweden

Jean-Luc Jean-Luc, When I go to the instructions the first part go to "Languages" >> "Edit Existing Language" and click the "Edit" icon I can´t find this (see encluser). How do I find "Edit Existing Language" in Languages? Leif
Katryne
You click on the first of the 2 icons on each line, this is the edit button.

I will try again. "<img src='/img_flags/English.png' /> English" is what I tried, I have tried your suggestion also but neither of them showed the flag, I don´t know if I have imported English and Swedish flags when I used v14.0.0.1b. How do I import the flags and from where? Sorry for this but I guess that is the problem. Leif
Katryne
The flags images are NOT in your TNG. You must get some and put them via FTP in your folder img. In my example the US flag is a file called US.png and is located in my folder img/winding on my site. Read again the clear explanations of the wiki. If you are looking for some flags images, Jean-Luc gave the address of one of my sites where I propose the download of a great number of flags images. You do not need to upload the whole pack, only pick the ones you will use.
