Both on a basic, unmodifed template11 test website, and on another modified 'live' website, have found the new Ancestor Fan Chart is often not displaying, for the same individuals. It's not intermittent, but constant for the certain, (but many) persons. No problems for those same individuals on the other Ancestor tabs. I couldn't find any posting of this as a known issue.
