I receive this error message when logging in as a guest trying to access the Busch side or the Sowa side of the pedigree chart.When I log on as administrator the boxes that contain ancestors/decendents names are present but the names don't load, I have only blank boxes.http://www.buschgenealogy.net is the URL of my site, I'm using V9.0.1, template #10. PHP 5.2.17, MySQL 5.1.66 on both server and client side I am code illiterate and my understanding of how these programs operate is somewhere betweenthe kindergarten and 1st grade level, no use kidding anyone.PHP 5.2.17, MySQL 5.1.66 on both server and client side Sorry using 'guest as username and password will get you onto the site.... George Hill Posted December 26, 2012 Report Share Posted December 26, 2012 I installed the latest upgrade (TNG 9.1.0) and since then haven't been able to get Pedigree Charts working on my site http://www.rowlandhill.info. They were working just fine with version 9.0.0Did you upload all the new files in the .js folder? If yes, did you clear your cache and refresh? kwbush Posted February 12, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 12, 2013 Your site seems to require login to see anything, so can you please post1 - the login id and password needed to see this2 - the URL to a page from where we can click a link to see this error.Rogerbeen under the weather for quite some time now... login id is guestpassword is guestthe url is www.buschgenealogy.netto view the problem click on BUSCH side or SOWA side at the upper left corner of the page just under the image, the pedigree boxes appear but they don't load names. the first box is editable the next set of boxes prompt to add family and are colored red and so forth through the 5 generations.it will work if selecting a single relative and clicking on decendants or ancestors tab all relatives are displayed properly. Try starting w/ Michael A. Bush, EE on the Busch side he is id # I1 or Virgina V Sowa id# I8 on the Sowa side.Thank you for any and all help!
