error in subroot.php

I could not get hooked up to my database, and the errors were as follows:

I went into the file subroot.php and the sub root was listed as:

/var/www/vhosts/tammymitchell.com/httpdocs/clanmowat/international/config.php

I removed the config.php from that line, and the above errors went away.

I don't know if this is because of how the script was written or if it is how I answered some of the questions in the readme.html file.
