dleblanc Posted April 18, 2004 Report Share Posted April 18, 2004 TNG 4.0.1 New install not upgrade.When on the index.html page and you want to choose the Register new user you are directed to the Log In page an not the new accout page.My question is this can some else fill in their user info and then the site administrator approves and/or does the site administrator have to fill it out?I was assuming that the user would fill this section out and the site administrator would approve and give the proper level access.Is this a problem or do I need to change something in my config set up? dleblanc Posted April 23, 2004 Author Report Share Posted April 23, 2004 With the first question take care of in the upgrate 4.02 I now have another requrest. Once a visitor registers they do not have to wait for a reply to view the contents of the site. What I like to see is no access till the administrator can approve the user. The aministrator has to give the rights to Edit, Add, Delete, Living, Gedcom, LDS to the user before they can use the stie, so have a area also to "View" added to also give that right before they can veiw any data.Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
