Cannot execute query

Think I might have posted this in the wrong forum, sorry!

I need help, please! Until some hours ago everything was working fine. Then suddenly when I tried to edit either a note or history entry, something went wrong. Now, when I try to bring up a person, I get an error message.

The query returns with one line. When you click on me, this is what you get:

I have backups. In case I need to restore tables or something else, which ones or what do I do?
