This seems normal to me - if you have two different Mods installed that do essentially the same thing, one will show as "Partly Installed". To prevent this, either remove the one you're going to use, or at least alter its name by adding _ after .cfg and that will make that Mod not appear in the list. While Google Map - More Place Levels is based on the same idea as Google Maps 15, they are not the same Mod - one increases place levels to 15, the other to 9. I had assumed it wasn't installing correctly, because it hadn't been updated - your screen shot shows you're using a version from TNG 10, which like my Mod would have worked since then until TNG 15.0.5.4. This was last updated in 2015 apparently, but the upgrade to TNG 15.0.5 should probably have broken that one too - I don't use it ands don't know if it installs or not. .Which one do you want to use? Delete the .cfg file for the other and it won't show in the list. If you update to Google Maps More Place Levels v 15.0.5.4 available here https://lisaandroger.com/downloads/download-info/tng-10-1-google-maps-add-4-place-levels/ One or other of them will still show partially installed if you in the other one first. In most mods impacted by TNG 15.0.5, it was because Darrin removed one character (a forward slash "/") from several lines. I don't use the mod, but it does install.
