Forms are not displayed.

Hello!
When I select a name group in my TNG family tree, it displays correctly. When I hover over individual names, the corresponding form appears.
When I click on a name, the form does not appear.

I've had this happen to me before, too, and at the time I had made a copy of my site to my local test site, and everything worked. But just like in your case, there was no user information. This was because it was connected to a different database. When I restored the backup, the problem was fixed.

If you press F12 on this page—which doesn't display any information—and then look under “Network,” can you see what error message is displayed?

Danke für die Antwort. Aber wenn ich bei meinem Mac F12 drücke, öffnet sich die Lautstärteregelung. 

Thanks for the answer. But when I press F12 on my Mac, the volume control opens.

I don't know much about Macs, but if you right-click in the browser, I think you'll see an “Inspect” option. Then you can go to “Network” and reload the page. If the browser can't find something, it will be highlighted in red.

On a Macintosh, select anything on the page that's not working correctly, and then right click you get this

 

Choose Inspect Element, and the Web Inspector will open. Errors might be listed here.

Or install the Prolog Mod which will trap and save errors.

and the errors will show up in the Admin area under the Prolog or PHP Log link at the top of the page.
