nacsaszta
Hello everyone, For some time now, the value on the "progress bar" hasn't been changing while importing a GEDCOM file, but the import completes without any errors. The "SETUP" values are the default values from installation. The language setting does not matter; the result is the same in both English and Hungarian! PHP version 8.3, max_execution_time 300 Apache version 2.4.68 Database version 10.6.25-MariaDB-cll-lve Thank you for your help! Pál.
theKiwi
What happens if you check this box before clicking the Import button? Roger
nacsaszta
Thank you very much for your reply, Roger, Of course, I also tried the "Old style import" method. The import itself wasn't the problem—it went through just fine—but the progress bar didn't change. Since this had been going on for at least two weeks, I didn't want to clutter up the forum with this issue unnecessarily. Actually, I don't know what happened, but it's "fixed" now. My hosting provider is switching from the cPanel control panel to the WePanel system. I opened the previous PHP interface, but since all the settings were exactly the same as I’d set them before, I logged out—and lo and behold, the “progress bar” was working too! That’s why I didn’t report this issue to my hosting provider. Pál.
