Add the user real name to the subject line in new account review email

I have been trying to work out how to add the users name to the subject line in the new user account email. This is the email that gets sent to our gmail address when a new user registers on our TNG site.

The reason we want to do this is that it would help us to manage our email comms effectively and efficiently.

We are a Clan TNG website with users of differening technical ability and I am conscious to not add mods that need maintaining on upgrades and not keen to tinker with too many php files. I do not want the site to break if I am not the one around to do any upgrade for whatever reason.

Is there a way to do this and if so, any advice?
