Rob L
https://robsgenealogy.com/robsgenealogy/admin_login.php? after I login I get the WSOD. I can get to admin functions when I log in on my database home page: https://robsgenealogy.com/robsgenealogy/index.php The data is still being displayed on the site - for example https://robsgenealogy.com/robsgenealogy/getperson.php?personID=3460434&tree=1 Thanks, Rob Lewis
Rob Severijns
Are you sure you uploaded all the updated files and ran the "Update the database structure" and also cleared the cache?
Rob L
I installed 15.0.4 in 19 Jan and it worked fine and I could log in on admin_login.php. I had not tried to log in again until last week. I just now ran through the 15.0.4 installation again. In step 3 - I could log in and reset table structure. I logged out but I still cannot log back in. Rob Severijns
Not sure what is wrong. You did clear the cache? If you go to Setup >> Diagnostics is all in the green? Can you post a screenshot of the Admin page and show us what is visible and what's not.

Rob L
Yes I cleared the cache in Safari and Firefox browsers. Setup >> Diagnostics is all in the green. I have submitted password reset on admin_login.php and the password I was emailed lets me login, but I only see the WSOD. I log in here: https://robsgenealogy.com/robsgenealogy/index.php as administrator and go to a person's page and I click on edit I can get to the admin tools - image attached. But when I click on Administration in the left nav or Admin Home in the top menu I get a WSOD.

RickM
@Rob L A couple of questions spring to mind. 1] Does this WSOD happen if you click on any other link on the Admin Page? 2] Do you have any Mods that affect the Admin Page? 3] Have you made any edits to any TNG files yourself?? This includes language files too. I often got WSOD after editing language files because I would sometimes miss the semi colon at the end of a line. Rob L
I was missing a file in the Classes folder. All is well now. Answers to your questions: 1. When I try to login on the admin_login.php page, I get a white screen on my browser on the admin.php result. There were no links to click on on the white screen. 2. I uninstalled all Mods - still the same result as in #1. 3. I'm not a php coder, so no. I could log in as administrator on the main page https://robsgenealogy.com/robsgenealogy/ and click on the Edit tab on any Edit Person page. All links in the left nav worked except "Administrartion" - which gave me the white screen. Thanks for your assistance - to you and Rob S. Rob L.
