rjsmeyer
I just started this recently - am on v15.0.2, with just a free template (#21) so far. This has been a real challenge - it seems that most support documentation takes for granted that a person is starting off with a working knowledge of how websites are run, so I've had a lot of catching up to do! Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to integrate my various photo and document collections into the Media menu as sub-collections of Photos, Documents, etc. I'd like to have a nested menu, where Documents acts as the "main" collection - with the various document sub-collections under it. Same with Photos, etc. I have them set up exactly that way on my local & remote sites, and have tried to mimic that arrangement in the individual collection settings in TNG. But no matter what I do, my Media drop-down menu continues to display "Photos" on the same level as the photo sub-collections, with no visible relationship between the two. I can also arrange a proper sequence of those folders by editing the PHP files, but that only gets me so far. And because I'm using sub-collections, I really have no reason to add anything to the actual Photos folder - so it opens the same way as the other folders, but with no contents. I'd sure appreciate some advice on how to accomplish this. I've looked all over and can't find anything that quite applies. Thanks!
