Census Plus International

I have made 4 transcriptions in TNG 15.0.2. - and I am using template 270 from Marga. The transcriptions works as supposed. But when I import an updated gedcom file to my TNG site something goes wrong, Two of my transcriptions are OK. In the third transcription one person is missing, in the next transcription 5 persons are missing. All I have to do is to relink these persons. It is OK to relink with only 4 transcriptions, but when I in the future I have 100 transcription it will be very time consuming to see if the transcriptions are correct. I believe there must be something wrong when linking persons. But I am not able to see what is wrong. Can someone give me a hint of what might be wrong?

I have another home site where I also use TNG 15.0.2 and template 3. Here I have none problems with earlier transcriptions when I import a new gedcom. But I don't believe that the template are causing the problem. It must be something else.

That version of the Census Plus International mod are you using?  What version of PHP are you running?

Census Plus 14.01.13c and PHP 8.4.10.

You should upgrade to the currently published version censusplus v15.0.2.14

I installed the newest version of census plus, installed my backup of TNG and imported the latest gedcom file once more. But the same error occured. It is always the same persons that are not linked. I have run optimize also. I will now add a new transcript and repeat the whole process to see what happens.

I have looked a little more into the problem and I have found this:
Transcript 1 = Base ID 1
Transcript 2 = Base ID 2
Transcript 3 = Base ID 1 and Base ID 3
Transcript 4 = Empty - OK
Transcript 5 = Base ID 5
Transcript 6 = Empty - OK
Transcript 7 = Base ID 5
Transcrip 8 = Empty - OK

Here something must be wrong and I have not the slightest idea of how this could happen.

I am currently away from home until mid September.  If you are importing GEDCOM's there are specific considerations on using the Census Plus International mod.  Please read the Considerations when importing GEDCOM articles  after an import you also need to run the Check Census Links in the Post-Import Utilities

The Census Plus International records might not have been created correctly or you are not following the instructions when importing GEDCOMs that requires that you have defined a census event for each person you want to show links for on the getperson.php page

I believe my problem is solved. I think that I did not follow the instructions after importing a gedcom file. I went back to start, imported the latest gedcom file and followed the instructions after gedcom import. I have never used Tools after import so thank you very much for your advice. I look forward to the next time when I will add a new gedcom file to TNG.
