PDF Report not working

PDF Option for reports in not working and I am running Version: 15.0.3 but I have no idea how long this has been broken.  I might just need to copy a few files from the Full Install (maybe the upgrade missed them) but not sure what to look for?

My TNG Site is https://www.schulerfamily.org and I have included the screen I get when I try a PDF Report I know it worked in the past but no idea if that was TNG11, TNG12 or TNG 13 since I have no used the function recently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try replacing font directory with a new set of fonts from your current TNG version

Maybe that will help.

I have the same problem.

I am still using Ver. 14 and remember the PDF Chart once worked, perhaps in a previous version, by selecting a different font.

In the PDF Generator "pop up" box I notice that only 5 Font Family options appear, while the font directory contains many others.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried the solution I mentioned?

Delete the font folder from your current site. - you MUST do this first - don't just try to overwrite it.

Upload the font folder from a download of YOUR current version of TNG to your site.

Now do the PDF options work?

Yes, by following your instructions it works now and I can generate a chart!

The PDF options did not change however, it still only shows the same 5 font choices.
