Kathy
I have 2 media items under the Help Menu. Both are currently called "Getting Started". One is a php, the other is a pdf. I can't remember how I managed to give them the same name. I want to keep both items but label them differently, one as "Getting Started", the other as "FAQ". Any help is much appreciated. They are filed under Extra Pages on the server. I use TNG 15.0.
Marsha
Hi Kathy, Did you create the new "Help" category using the config file? I'm not sure if this will help, but it might. Kathy
That was the solution - editing the label instruction in the config file. Many thanks again!

See: https://genealogywebtemplates.com/tnghelp/tngaddtopmenu.html Marsha Genealogy Web Templates https://genealogywebtemplates.com If you added the “Help” category by editing the customconfig.php file, then you did it the right way. That’s the upgrade-safe method Marsha’s tutorial described. The key is setting $custmenu['title_text'] = 'Help'; and then defining your sub-links (FAQ, About Us, etc.). After saving and uploading the file, clear your browser cache and the menu should show up. If it doesn’t, double-check the file path and PHP syntax.
