Derrick
Am I right in thinking that .txt files used from older imports, before Ancestry changed its format, cannot be used again now? Derrick
Ken Roy
Hi Derrick, That is correct. If you are meaning the v15.0.2.14 b1 that I posted for beta testing. If you search the previous txt file for dbid= it will give you the collection the DOM source is from. I removed all the old logic to make it easier to support in the future. If you need help with it attached the old DOM source text file and I will take a look at it. Derrick
Hi Ken - Yes, I am trying that out, and it's working so far. I will delete the old files. Thank you again.
Ken Roy
You may want to move the old import files to a different folder in case you need to re-import data and have not captured the new DOM source, but that may depend on how you manage your site. I have a lot of old DOM source files that I need to delete
