SOLVED: Unknown corrupted menu item on my menu bar

Hello, folks,

I noticed a few weeks ago what looks like a corrupted but also unknown menu item in my Find pull-down menu, between the Place Map and Dates:

The item associated with it (if/when it is clicked on) tries to open reports_be.php, which I do not have on my site.

I have no idea how it got on my menu, but most likely due to a mod that I had tried in the past.

If it was indeed leftover from a mod, does anyone have an idea which mod it might have been?

Or is there a way that I can possibly remove that menu item using phpMyAdmin?  I have no idea where those menu items are stored.

reports_be.php is not part of TNG 15.0.2 so it must be either created my a mod or by yourself.

I have no idea which mod created it but you could have a look at the Report options - TNG_Wiki mod. 

You're registered as a user of that mod.

If it's not you can have a look at Setup >> Configuration >> General Settings >> Menus and see if you can uncheck the item if it's there.

Bingo!  That was that mod.  When I uninstalled that mod, that corrupted menu item in the pull-down menu disappeared.  When I reinstalled that mod, it reappeared again.

I'll contact @Rob van Rij about it.

Thanks for finding the culprit for me.  I should mention, the culprit being the mod... not Rob .
