^maikl11
Since I installed TNG v15, some reports no longer work, but those that worked under v14.0.6 still work. For example, I created a report that shows all the "famous people" in my family. You can take a look at it on my test page (see here)... I entered it again exactly as I did under v14.0.6! But I only get this (See here, my second test page) To take a look at the report, I have created an Login for you: Username: demo15 Password: demo15demo15 I hope you can help me! Thank you in advance. Michael
theKiwi
When the page shows no results, do you find an entry in the error_log that might say what went wrong? You could install the Prolog Mod to get better logging of errors and then run the report again and see if Prolog captures any error messages that might explain why it fails. ^maikl11
Thanks Roger... But I think I found the error.... TNG v15 changes/overwrites many of my "Event / Attribute Types" How can that be? and how can I make it display correctly again A similar post can also be found here... theKiwi
If you go to TNG Admin ------> Event Types do you see all the event listed like this partial list from my site If they're there, are they set to Accept or Reject in the 3rd column from the right (ignore the column with green or red buttons - that's from a Mod) Do you have a backup of the tng_eventypes table from before the upgrade? If so, first of all make sure you have a copy of that file on your computer. Then make a backup of the current table and then save that backup to your computer. Then restore the backup of your previous version to the database (Restore in TNG Admin ------> Utilities) See if the missing events are back. ^maikl11
Hello Roger, it worked great. I had restored all the backups, but all at once! Maybe not all the data was transferred?!?! Thank you very much for your help. Michael
