I can't create the right report

Report in TNG:

select lastname

lastname, firstname, date of birth, date of dead, branch empty

sort order same as above

There are advices and how-to, but also ready-made reports. I was never gifted with sql queries, so on my site, I installed the bunch of reports by Henry Savenije. Some are in Dutch, others special for his own site, but most are very interesting. I am sure you will be able to find what you want. Look at the report section on my site, they are nearly all still there, for I was too lazy to delete what was not necessary.
