mFenger Posted February 13, 2024 Report Share Posted February 13, 2024 Hi All, This is weird ---- OpenStreetMap v13.1.0.8j has been installed and is working on my website "https://nordiskeaner.com/nordiskeaner" template 15 OpenStreetMap v13.1.0.8j cannot be installed on my mate's website "https://matucker.com/tng" template 8 We are both running TNG v.14.0.3 on the same server, which is https://vip.ventraip.com.au/ Is this a problem caused by template 8, or is it something else? tngrlkrz Posted February 13, 2024 Report Share Posted February 13, 2024 The OSM mod installs fine on all templates, and I just did it with template 8. Did you try uninstalling all other mods first? Likely a conflict with another mod. If you click on the arrow to the left of 'cannot install' , you will see the reason mod manager cannot install it. Take a snip of that and post it on the forum. Ken Roy Posted February 13, 2024 Report Share Posted February 13, 2024 Sounds like the updates to the cust_text.php files have not been done. At the top of each mod there is a information box If you are using TNGv12+, and any cust_text.php file in this mod is marked with a Bad Target error, you need to update your cust_text.php files before you can install this mod. I have used OSM since google wanted a credit card, and I never had problems before. I think my TNG installation is an upgrade from before version 11. All's good. Thank you for your time. This upgrade was for a neighbour who hadn't upgraded since v.11. I had forgotten all the steps I would have done back then.
