EliseKae
I an using v. 13.0.3 I haven't added a user in probably a year. But need to add one now. The problem is - when I click on "edit" button next to the new user the page opens with an existing users information and my admin login info. I haven't tried anything yet for fear of losing the NEW users info. H.A.W.K.S Genealogy and Family Trees: TNG Admin (Users) (hawksgentree.com) Not sure what could have changed, since I haven't used the site in quite some time. theKiwi
I think that's your browser just autofilling in what you have previously entered there. Can you type over the inserted value to enter the value that is needed? Roger
RickM
I could be wrong, but I guess you are using Lastpass Password Security?? I have had similar issues when trying to add Users.. It is a feature of LastPass and the support Team seem to think the issue is not theirs.. Let me know if this is the case. I can provide a quick solution to cover that page alone.. EliseKae
To Rick - It has never been a problem before. Plus I don't ask LP to save the data inside the program. So how can I tell? To theKiwi - the first page showing above is what I get after clicking edit on the line for the new user. For a brief second before that data displays, it fills in the new users data. But then throws the other data in there. Weird.
EliseKae
to Rick. so I investigated the LastPass scenario. Sure enough that is what it was. I had to change the configuration of the brower extension to not change site info, unless I click the "button". So I am good to go. Thank you. ps, issue is in the browser configuration of extensions, but not LastPass itself.

Many Thanks
