How to delete topics I started

Is it possible (I don't see anything obvious about this) to delete topics I've started or is that a moderator's job?

No it's not possible for users to delete them.

And life's too short for me to run around trying to find them all to delete, so they'll stay there, and eventually just age off into oblivion.

The only way I can think of to do it would be to delete your whole account and any of your content, but you probably don't want that.

I personnally deleted the content of 2 messages written by me, replacing the text with "deleted". But I could not delete the images that I had posted.

Kat, you have the option of removing your own images in a post. When you delete the text that you dont want, you will be left with an empty comment box, but if you let Roger know to delete it, he will when he has time. Or just add "Admin Please Delete" to let him know.

To delete an image from a post, hover your mouse over the attachement as shown below and click the rubbish bin / recycle bin.

Hi JP, unfortunately no, there is not. Topics are generally permanent conversations, even those that are without replies and someone could still respond in the future.

The only way, you could delete your own Topics, was if you started up a Group, within TNG Community called "I hate WordPress, I'm going back to TNG". It would need to be setup with you as that Moderator, but only for that group. As that Mod, you would not be able to edit Topics or conversations across any other parts of the TNG Community Forum.
