But if you move the cursor over the camera icon, the picture is visible??? The pictures shows when I log in as admin but as normal user??? First picture, with camera icon at some pictures Second picture, shows all pictures Third picture, a strange thing, when I run courses over the camera icon THEN the picture is visible??? theKiwi Posted January 6, 2023 Report Share Posted January 6, 2023 Well the answer is right there on each of those line - "original not found" So you need to figure out why that is - has something changed about your rootpath setting (TNG Admin ------> Setup ------> General Settings ------> Paths and Folder)? If you go to TNG Admin ------> Media and search for Mary May Davie Hussey and click on that result to edit it does it show the image down below? Is it in the right collection/folder? Katryne Posted January 6, 2023 Report Share Posted January 6, 2023 Tommy, I think there are spaces in the name of your files. One of the probable listed issue is name of the files. On the web, the name of a file (before the .jpg or .pdf etc) must be without spaces, only letters, digits, and no special character except - and _. No accent or any diacritical sign either (é ü, ç ...) So Mary May Davie Hussey.jpg should be renamed something like : Mary-May-Davy-Hussey.jpg You will say that the files are quite visible on your computer. But computers and web are 2 different world with different rules. I know that on certain websites you can upload files with spaces and accents in the name, but it is only because the sites are fitted with a script that rename the files before upload. The checks are not done correctly on the thumbnail to see the always show flag and instead shows the default image of the camera icon. It is a bug in TNG 14. Mary May Davie Hussey.jpg works perfect, no problem at all, While this "Fiat-600-4.jpg" image doesn't work as normal visitor, but as admin I can se the picture??? I also thought that it applied to now living individuals that you couldn't see the pictures but that's not true either, my father died in 1976 and there you can see some pictures but not all???
