How to edit Custom Event Types that have been imported via GEDCOM

The Custom Events types imported via GEDCOM need to editing to a better "abbreviation" for want of a better word. Can this be done? If so, how?

Some custom events may need to be merged as well.

Go to TNG Admin ------> Custom Events, and you'll get a list of all of them.

You can edit each one to give it the word/abbreviation you're looking for.

Roger -- I had looked at TNG Admin --> Custome Events but I guess I just needed assurance I wasn't going to screw something up making edits. Thanks ~ Lynda

Click the green icon at the start of the line, and edit the "Display" field and then save the changes - to not change the Tag column entry
