Capital initial letter in surnames

Go to your site's cPanel and find phpMyAdmin - then look at the tables in the database and see what the collation is set to.

It should end in _ci - case insensitive - but if it doesn't, that is the problem.

You can use the Operations tab in phpMyAdmin to change the collation to something that ends in _ci

Thanks, Roger, for your expert help! My son, Rolf Anders, helped to modify one of the database tables, and now the name search is case insensitive.
