theKiwi Posted April 17, 2021 Report Share Posted April 17, 2021 Go to your site's cPanel and find phpMyAdmin - then look at the tables in the database and see what the collation is set to. It should end in _ci - case insensitive - but if it doesn't, that is the problem.
