Rob Severijns
Hello, I'm having a problem loading pages in TNG. The issue has been around for more then a year now and is starting to annoy me. Login to my website works just fine but when I go to a sub-page like the getperson I get an error. The expand/collapse buttons don't work and the eventmap doesn't load. The getperson doesn't load properly until I have loaded several other pages and this process can take up to 3 minutes. I think the problem is visible in the screenshot. It says that the jquery-3.4.1.min.js and jquery-ui.min.js fail to load. Java Script is enabled. Anyone any idea on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance, Rob Windows 10 Home, MS Edge TNG 13.0.3, PHP 7.4, MySQL 5.7 Update: Used another browser with the same result. Did a login via another machine and the error didn't occur. Must be in the settings on my laptop but still no clue to what's causing it 😪 Edited February 22, 2021 by Rob Severijns Update
Ken Roy
Rob, Thanks for showing the text of the message since I cannot read the red and blue text on very dark backgrounds Is this on your hosting service or on your local computer web server? If on Internet accessible site, maybe you should report the issue to Darrin. If on your local computer server and you are not connected to the Internet at the time, you might want to downloading my $use TNG Offline mod. Save it in your mods folder and install it when you have lost Internet connectivity and uninstall it when Internet connectivity is back. If this is on a hosted site and only occurs on that one machine, then it could be your firewall settings. Hard to say without a URL to your site and it if it requires login it would require access. Do not post credentials for access in this forum. Sorry but I do not have the time to chase it any further. Still trying to resolve issues with the MediaWiki upgrade on the TNG Wiki and need to fix a couple of mods that have not be update for TNG

Ken, Thank you for your input. My site is indeed hosted and only occurs on this machine. I will check my firewall settings. Hopefully that will solve the problem. Rob Severijns
Hello everyone, Found the troublemaker. My laptop is an MSI Gaming laptop. I bought this laptop because of it's specifications. 9th gen Intel I7 Core 16 GB Ram upgradeable to 32 GB Ram NVidia Gforce 2060 RTX Videocard 240 Hz Display Refresh 2x SSD totaling 1TB It also came with a Killer E2500 Gigabit Ethernet Controler This last one prioritizes the bandwith between online gaming and other applications using internet access like my hosted website. I found a small utillity on the internet that quickly enables or disables the Killer E2500 software. When the Killer software is disabled my hosted website loads and runs perfectly 😀 and when I play an online game I enable the Killer software for smooth gaming. Glad I finaly solved the issue. Kind regads, Rob
