Relationship display problem

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone
I see a problem when I want to research the relationships between two individuals:

Example 1: from I1 to I2, everything is displayed correctly.
Example 2: from I1 to I133, the system searches and gives no results and TNG blocks to reach an error page 503

Anyone have any idea of this problem?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Normand,

Assuming you do not reference to the new Michal's Mod...

Is there a possible link between these two individuals?.
In principle, TNG reports a "no connection between these individuals" message. Have you tried a search between I133 and one of his parents?

Bonjour Michel,

Oui il y a un lien de parenté entre I1 et I133

I1 = Normand Lapierre (Moi)

I1 - I 133 : ça va pas

No offense Michel, I understand French, but most of the English speaking visitors of the forum do not. So, my advice is, stick to English

PS: the same advice of course for other languages

I know Cees,

But it's an individual problem for Normand. TNG is not in cause, but certainly

Normand's data. We will switch to private mailing to solve this and unpolluate the forum with personnal problems.

Thx

Michel

It is probably worth while asking your host about this - they might be able to look in the server logs and see what's going on - it sounds like it's running out of server resources to process the request - they will be able to tell you if that's the situation.
