Cannot send welcome Mail

Hello,

if I add an user and choose "send welcome mail", TNG produces a blank page.

F12 gives "admin_edituser.php?userID=9:76 Uncaught ReferenceError: form is not defined". 

I configured the settings for the mail like this: https://skdavis.net/viewtopic.php?t=131

I tried different settings for "send welcome mail" and "Encryption" - but I guess the error happens before that even kicks in.

Which setting did I miss? I run version 12.2.
