TNG 13.0 not uploading IPCT captions

I have:

• assigned captions to my images in LR,
• exported them to the desktop.
• verified that the exported images contain the Descriptions (see attached image)
• Used 13.0 to upload the image to my site (http://thesen.org/Arne/tng/admin_families.php)

Unfortunately the Descriptions did not upload (see attached image)

I obviously did not do this right.  What did I do wrong.  13.0 not uploaded correctly?

IPTC tags are imbedded inside the image.  TNG displays the IPTC tags when you activate the option in Admin > Setup > General Settings in the Media section to Show Extended Photo Info:  by changing the option to Yes

Arne,

It does not show on the Media Upload screen but rather on the public side of your web site when you look at the images with showmedia.php  For example on my web site
