Issue with TNG v11.0.2 in maintenance mode

I have v11.0.2 which has recently entered maintenance mode and I can't log in.  I have checked config.php and found:  $tngconfig['maint'] = "";  A recent change has been made to upgrade PHP to 7.3 but I don't know whether that is the cause.  Can anyone help?   https://ferdinando.one-name.net/tng)

Chris,

TNG 11 does not support PHP 7.3.  Your choices are:

* downgrade PHP to 7.0 or 5.6

* upgrade to latest TNG version
