Gedcom import fails

The company that hosts my website recently migrated my website to a new server, and now I am unable to import a gedcom.  Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?  I am running TNG 12.3

What happens when you try?

Do you see any progress bar?

Have you tried checking the box at lower right to use Old Style Import?

Have you let it just run, despite no apparent progress happening, and see if it does in fact import?

I discovered an situation where if your hosting service is using PHP with FPM with OPcache when beta testing TNG 13, that you no longer get any progress bar nor the old style number increments and just get the final results.

If you do want to get some indication that the import is progressing, then you need to change you hosting service PHP handler from FPM with OPcache back to using CGI as the handler.

Thanks for your responses.  I upgraded to 13.0.1, and the problem went away.
