Good day,

In Open Street Map, I have only seven levels to choose for type of lacation

1- How to add more pin in the legend

2 – How to name/rename them

3 – How to choose the color of the pin

You can rename them in the cust_text.php file(s) for your languages supported after the Mod has been installed If you place your change below the line in the files indicating where users should make changes, they will survive you removing and reinstalling the Mod.

Roche and anyone else,

Please do not post issues with mods in the Wiki Talk pages.  I happened to notice the following but that might not always be the case.  Problems with mods should be posted to the forum.

The link to the download is not working. This is fore quite some time.

2020-10-02 The links to download the langage packs do not work. Roche 

The link to download the current mod version of Google map 15 should work.  I just tested it.

The link to download the language packs do not work because the developer's site is no longer online.  I thought I had a copy of his language files, but do not.  I must have lost them when my laptop died last November.

If someone had the language files for this mod, please send them to me so I can fix the wiki download

The issue with posting things in the wiki talk pages, is the the mod developer may not see  the post.  True in the case, since the mod developer, Bart Degryse has not been active in the TNG community in over 5 years.

If anyone has the translations for the other languages that Bart initially posted  in his mod, please send them to me.

I finally installed "Google Maps - More Place Levels Mod"  Ten levels is enough for me,

Here is the traduction for this mod, There were none. That is how I put the ten levels on my site... Maybe add with the next upgrade of the mod.

Thanks Roche - I'll add them into the Mod - a question though - there are some oddities in that file - eg

$admtext['level9'] = "PaÌs";
$admtext['level1'] = "DirecciÛn";
$admtext['level3'] = "CimetiËre";
$admtext['level4'] = "HÙpital";
$admtext['level7'] = "ComtÈ";
 

Can you check through that text file and make sure it is itself encoded in UTF-8 so that all the characters survive. If you like, you can eMail it to me at rogerkiwi@aol.com

Does anyone have a clue why cust_text.php may not override alltext.php in my case? 

I'm trying to put the translation to Polish-UTF8 folder, which normally works, but not with this mod... What I have level1-level10 is still English.

Hi, I think you should ask in a new thread as this is not an "OSM mod question" but a different mod. The persons that may be able to reply (I'm not) will maybe miss it because OSM is my mod...

TNG will provide the English text for mods when it does not find the cust_text.php  for a given mod in the cust_text.php language folder.

Are you sure that you entered the custom text variables in your Polish-UTF8/cust_text.php file
