I purchased and installed the template 207 from templatesintime and when selected i get no header or footer appearing. if i hover over the top and bottom of the page i can see the menus appearing but cannot get the rest of the header to display. i emailed Marsha but have had no response yet, so hoping someone here might be able to point me in the correct direction to resolve in the meantime. website is at www.houstigans.com.
