uhanke
When i try to export a tree i get the message ERROR 500. The tree has about 9500 persons. Has somebody an idea what can be the reason?
theKiwi
If this is still a problem, ask your hosting company if they can help you find out what exactly is causing the 500 error. If you have access to the error logs from your cPanel you might be able to figure it out yourself. Once you have an error message, post it here, or send an eMail to Darrin directly. uhanke
Thanks for your replies. I run TNG on a DS116 NAS in my local network. So i have to find a program which runs on my NAS. Up to now the problem appears only when i try to make a GEDCOM export. I have seen by using FT Analizer that my data have a lot faults for date-entries. Can that be a reason?
