I tried to register my site with the gendex, uhhh... index, but I get this error"Cannot open http://www.clicktrees.com/gendex/gendex.gdx"When I created a genidex file, it made something called Primary.txt and put it in the gendex folder. What's up with that?And, once I do get the gendex file linked, do I need to re-upload it with each site update? Yes, otherwise new names, new facts, etc., will not appear.Does this whole process actually help in search rankings?This is a good question. (1) If search engines know of the TNG GENDEX website, your website should be appear with all your individuals. (2) If individuals know of the TNG GENDEX website, your website and its individuals will seen by them.I do not know what kind of "advertising" has been done to get the word out on the TNG GENDEX website. A few more MySQL 5.x compatibility issues were rectified. 2. IMPORTANT: GENDEX files now saved with ".txt" extension instead of ".gdx".Darrin just hasn't gotten around to changing the file extension at the GENDEX registration site.
