Can not export or do backup

Orla Norup

I'm not able to export gedcom file or do backup because it tells that it can not open the files. But there is no files in the gedcom export folder or in the backup folder.

Go to your TNG Admin ------> Setup screen, and the tab "Diagnostics" - does it show there that the folders have the right permissions - all green lights?

If not, you need to make those folders writeable by changing their permissions.

Yes all green lights. And it tells, there is read/write access to the folders. But I think I overall do have some fundamental problem, because it look like all by pop-up do have wrong content.

See my answer on your other posting about templates - it seems like the hierarchy of files and folders on your site is messed up
