Hi,

empty pages for ascending, descendants and timeline, the other graphics are ok.

It probably has no connection, but the problem has occurred after correcting the cutomconfig encoding !!! maybe a manipulation error.

the file and folder permissions are correct like 644 and 755

If you added something to your cust_text.php file(s), you should look there first of all.

The most common reason for white pages is a mistake when declaring a $text-variable:

$text['index'] = "Some text";

Otherwise the same in customconfig.php.

Note where to place the quotes (both single and double) and end with a semi-colon ( ; ).

Look closely at those details.

How did you save the customconfig.php?  If it was saved as UTF8 using a Microsoft Notepad or Wordpad, then it has a byte order marker (BOM) which PHP does NOT like.

Other reason might be that you have a syntax error in the customconfig.php file.  Copy the content and go to the PHP Syntax checker It will tell you where the syntax error is.

If it is neither of the above, can you attach your customconfig.php file?

Louis,

Try the attached.  You encoded as UTF8 BOM  You cannot have a Byte Order Mark (BOM) before the <?php line which is what is causing the blank pages.
