Add Media File

Updated to TNGv12.0.2 and just noticed Add Media File > Photos > Select litbox blank. All media folders are blank when clicking Select the litbox is blank? Media is in but does not popup and show had to download new media, but new media does not show up in litbox?

All media does not show up. Anyone have this problem?

1. Just uploaded TNGv12.0.1 to test site and the media works fine.

2. Updated & updgraded database from TNGv12.0.1 to 12.0.2 does not work nor does a full downloaded TNGv12.0.2?

Have you tried uploading all the files in the js folder again?

Roger,

Darrin sent me a file to upload and this fixed the problem. (filepicker)

Problem solved.

I am encountering the same problem.  What was the fix that Darrin provided you?  I don't know what "filepicker" is?

If you're running TNG 12.0.2, try downloading the upgrade package again and uploading all the files in it to your site - see if that fixes the problem - often Darrin will put revised files into the download package without actually releasing it as a new update.

FilePicker is a javascript file in the js folder that allows you to choose files when linking or uploading media items.

Issue resolved.  I already had loaded 12.0.2.  Apparently, there was a bug in admin_filepicker.php.  Darrin already had a fix for it and after loading the new admin_filepicker.php that he sent me, I no longer have the problem.  Thanks for all who replied.
