Advice for custom page

I have create some custom pages who are ok BUT for a reason of presentation, I would like to include colons in some of them.

Could you explain me how to code in php a page with colon in it (I do not want to use table for those pages).

I create my page with a html editor and I copy the code beetween the body balise and paste it in a php file, I want to keep the look and the menu of my website..

It seems for creating colons in a page that we need to use a stylesheet, I am using Template 15 which css files did I need to use for building my custom page ?

Or could you give me your advice for a code beginner.

Sorry: could you explain what you mean by "colons"? Perhaps an example would help
