However, I don't have access to the files or the database. I can create a backup from the Admin section, but it does not provide a link for downloading them. How may I get this done? Chris Lloyd Posted March 29, 2018 Report Share Posted March 29, 2018 Do you have access to the cpanel of your host provider for your site? If you do open it and go to the file manager section - mfrom there you can download any files you wish. (but not the DB) For the DB you will need to access PHPMyadmin from the cpanel and then export the db either as is or zipped. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
