Hi,

Perhaps you have already want to renumber the identifiers of individus, families, sources and repositories in a GEDCOM file while maintaining the consistency of the links. 

You can now download a freeware "GEDCOM Renumber" (for Windows only) here : http://geneasofts.com/en/softwares/gedcom-renumber-renumbering-tool-for-identifiers/

It's a beta version so your remarks are welcome at support@geneasofts.com. For troubleshouting, you can use this link : http://geneasofts.com/fr/support/ (you must register for opening tickets). It's free of charge.

Please read documentation and do not use without checking a lot the new GEDCOM.

1. media TAG as been added.
2. IHM as been corrected.
3. Bug in FAM ID as been corrected

Please read documentation for more information.

I do tests and see no error after importing renumber GEDCOM in TNG but keep in mind that it is always a beta version. Your comments are welcome.
