Paul Barrett
This is not a good companion to TNG. If you use special characters such as the single quote in your data e.g. Places, it will throw a 403 Page error and mark it as a potential hack. So "St John's Church" will do it. Best avoid this plugin and choose another security package, Heather recommended "All In One WP Security" and it seems to be fine (I use it in conjunction with WP SpamShield) Paul
Jim Williamson
Odd, i have been using BPS for years with no errors. I guess I have just not had the right data to cause a problem.
Paul Barrett
I had been using it for months on my NAS installation. But the issue with the apostrophe only came to light when I transferred to Heather's hosted environment. Weird but true.
