Openend item by default in Collapse or Expande expanded mode

I have question in configuring TNG-11 With template 8

When opening individual Tab the event map is in expanded view by default how to configure this that it is in collapse mode. or how to remove the event map

Some question for Photos but than the other way around so by devoid open in Expand mode

 

Or

 

How to open a individual tab direct with the personal Information instead of the all information
