stores
In the user setup, you can remove the option for users to download gedcoms and pdf's, if that helps

jrvd
I tried this setting but it does not seem to have any effect. Users can still make pdf's and Gedcom, regardless of this setting on user level.

I upgraded to v.12 and had to clean up a few small things. Upgrade went fine, no problems. I had to check PDF's and GEDCOM as downloads. Wanted to disable. I am slowly opening up research work & sharing with others.
