Sandor Posted March 23, 2016 Report Share Posted March 23, 2016 (edited) Hi, I have a problem with the mod http://tng.lythgoes.net/wiki/index.php?title=Person_Map, version 11 The install is without errors, but a change in the map setting via setup>configuration>map settings, then start with "Start with expanded section: No", results in an error...in the MOD manager. See the screenprints attached: 1. the successful installation 2. the change 3. the errors, suddenly the old cfg version 10.1.0.2a pops up? What is wrong? theKiwi Posted March 23, 2016 Report Share Posted March 23, 2016 OK I've installed this one mobile_ind_page_person_map_v11.0.0.0.zip to my testing site and see the same behaviour - there's something odd about that Mod apparently. I hadn't been using that one, but instead this one mobile_ind_page_map_v11.0.0.3.cfg which doesn't add those extra settings. Like Sandor, this one installed correctly but as soon as I changed the setting I got the same issue - it's now Partly Installed and the mobile_ind_page_person_map_v10.1.0.2a.cfg has now appeared in the Mod list, even though I don't have it installed in my mods folder. So Ken will have to figure out what's going on. UPDATE - the problem is in the .cfg file - change line 76 to $pm_filename = 'mobile_ind_page_person_map_v11.0.0.0.cfg'; - it was referring to the v10 file name which now doesn't exist. Ken Roy Posted March 23, 2016 Report Share Posted March 23, 2016 OK, I will repackage the mod as v11.0.0.1 and ensure the version number is changed every place. Some of the changes made by that mod might need to just be removed entirely. I dropped some of Bart's changes but not all of them.
