bobbyfamilytree 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2016 I'm tackling a bit more of my UK rellies and I have a few documents that have the 3 dates for intention of marriage as required for Banns Marriage. What I have done is simply added the words Banns Published followed by the dates in the section where it says Marriage Type Anyone doing anything better/different? beckwith 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2016 Create a custom event type if you don't already have an event type with a tag of MARB and display of "Marriage Banns". In your example you would enter three marriage banns entries and one married.

I think what i'm going to do is stick with my original way of doing it because its just adding another (unnecessary) line of data when perhaps its just better adding it to the marriage type, which may I add is limited in how many characters can be added. Nonetheless, I feel this looks better overall and it will fit the 3 dates. Cheers @beckwith
